Made from beeswax and tree oils, it is ideal for the new natural timber or for rejuvinating and restoring loved and lacquered products. Ashford Flexible Conrod Joint
Replacement connecting joint between the conrod and treadle rail used on Ashford wheels made since the mid 1980s. Clear polycord. Over time these turn sort of yellow and get brittle. One of the most common replacement parts we sell.

This may or may not fit other brands of wheels, it might be the wrong diameter or be too long, which you can change by cutting some off with a very sharp knife. Approximately 7cm long.

If you're wanting to delve into the world of art yarn, but also want the flexibility to spin a range of more regular yarns, this setup is excellent value and very versatile. The new Kiwi Super Flyer will fit all Kiwi 2 and Kiwi spinning wheels. Comes as a kit and is super-easy to install: you only need to undo one bolt when you want to swap.
