The long 9-inch steel quill allows for you to spin off the tip, especially useful for spinning cotton and other short fibres that require high twist.

Lendrum Footman Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit is only for older Lendrum Single Treadle wheels with a cable connecting the treadle to the drive wheel. Newer wheels do not requite this conversion.
Includes a wooden footman, a gizmo that attaches to the treadle with a rubbery footman connector in between. Basic instructions are provided.

Lendrum Plying Head
For the single or double-treadle Lendrum folding wheels. Does not fit on the Saxony.
With larger bobbins than the Regular Head, these are designed for plying together two full Regular Bobbins worth of yarn. Comes with one Plying Bobbin, Plying Drive Band, wider Plying Flyer. Orifice diameter is 7/8-inch, suitable for thicker yarns/art yarns.
Lacquered maple finish. Ratios possible are 5:1, 7:1, 9:1

This drive band is specifically for the Lendrum Plying Head setup. It is larger in diameter than the Regular drive band. Clear polycord.
