Felting Needles, Reverse – 10-pack

A 10-pack of 36-gauge reverse-barb felting needles. Especially useful for crafters that make little needle-felted critters and want them to have a fuzzy "finish". This needle has barbs facing the reverse direction, so you use it at the very end to tug fibre back out to create a soft fuzzy appearance in specific places (think of a short zebra's mane) or all over. Comes in a clear rigid-plastic screw top container.

Felting Needles, Star – 10 pack

A 10-pack of star felting needles, These 38-gauge needles have been a huge hit here at the shop. The gauge is in between the medium and fine needles, but lots of our felters now call it "the fast needle". In cross-section this has a + sign shape, with four edges that really seem to grab the fibres well. Used mostly for finer detail work. Comes in a clear rigid-plastic screw top container.

Fine Merino – Acacia – this is NOT white, please read description!

100% fine 19-micron Merino wool. Beautiful and clean combed top. This NOT natural white undyed Merino. That is listed under Fibres/Natural Roving & Top>Wool-Imported Very soft ivory-beige with a hint of apricot, a bit more yellowy than the photo shows. This should be useful as a "flesh" tone for needle-felted dolls and other 3D figures, but of course also great for general felting and spinning.
