These are very popular blends from Ashford, made up of 80% Merino wool (22-micron) and 20% Mulberry silk. The various colourways are delightfully streaky and lots of fun to spin, particularly great for learning to “spin from the fold”. Because the wool proportion is high they are also awesome for wet felting, the silk sort of just goes along for the ride but lends some interesting sheen to your project.

We’re offer these in 50 gram or 227 gram (1/2-Lb) packs.
